SEO, digital marketing, consultation, website design, audits, and campaign services involve strategy, time, planning, execution, and resource allocation. Unlike physical products, digital services cannot be returned after delivery. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, work completed, and agreed terms.
3. Completed Work
Payments for completed work — including delivered audits, strategy documents, implemented tasks, consultations, designs, campaigns, or content — may not be refundable, as the time and expertise have already been invested and delivered.
4. Ongoing Monthly Services
Refund eligibility for monthly recurring services depends on the billing cycle, work completed during the period, agreed terms, and written scope. Generally, refunds for monthly services are reviewed on a pro-rata basis where applicable.
5. Project-Based Services
For website design, landing pages, audits, or setup projects, refunds depend on the stage of work and deliverables already completed at the time of the request. Partially completed projects may not be eligible for a full refund.
6. Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend, domain registrations, hosting fees, software subscriptions, tools, platform fees, payment gateway charges, or other third-party costs are not controlled by PixelSprout and are generally non-refundable. These costs are governed by the policies of their respective providers.

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@pixelsprout.in with the following information:
- Full name
- Business name
- Service purchased
- Payment date
- Reason for refund request
8. Review Timeline
PixelSprout will review refund requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Review times may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the need to verify service delivery and scope details.
9. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Refunds are not provided solely because rankings, leads, traffic, or campaign outcomes did not meet expectations, unless otherwise agreed in writing. SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes as a basis for refund eligibility.
