This policy describes how cancellations may be handled for PixelSprout services. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cancellation-related matters.
2. Service Cancellation Requests
Clients should send cancellation requests in writing by email to hello@pixelsprout.in with the business name, service details, and reason for cancellation. This helps us process the request accurately and respond appropriately.
3. Monthly or Recurring Services
For recurring services such as SEO, Local SEO, GBP management, or Google Ads management, cancellation terms may depend on the agreed scope, billing cycle, and written agreement between both parties. We recommend reviewing your service agreement for specific cancellation terms.
4. Project-Based Services
For one-time projects such as website design, SEO audits, landing page creation, or consulting engagements, cancellation terms depend on the project stage, work already completed, and resources already allocated at the time of cancellation request.
5. Work Already Completed
Any completed work — including strategy documents, audits, designs, content, setup, consultation time, or implementation already delivered — may be chargeable, regardless of cancellation. PixelSprout reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date.
6. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs such as advertising spend, tool subscriptions, hosting fees, domain registrations, paid plugins, or platform charges are typically non-cancellable through PixelSprout. These costs are subject to the policies of the respective third-party providers and are outside our control.
7. Confirmation
A cancellation is considered accepted only after written confirmation from PixelSprout. Please do not assume a cancellation has been processed until you receive our written acknowledgement.
